We are looking for a Part Time Café Assistant to join our busy team in Bayfair, Tauranga.

This position is Part Time, with approximately 5-15 hours per week over 1 or 2 shifts. Days of work will be
1 or 2 weekend shifts
(Saturday and/or Sunday). Applicants must be able to work the above days. Shifts within those days rotate with shifts starting between 7am-10am and finishing between 2pm-6.30pm. This job may involve one late night shift (Thursday 8.30pm finish). This position may suit a high school or Uni student (applicants must be 16 years or older).


Experience preferred but not essential - We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking and friendly people who enjoy working in a fast paced and fun environment.

A passion for food, customer service and coffee is a MUST.
- has a genuine interest in food and coffee

  • Previous experience as a barista preferred, but not essential.
- has strong customer service skills and believe in building good customer relationships
- are willing to learn and listen to instructions
- has a passion for coffee and good food

  • MUST be able to work either Saturday or Sunday

- relevant baking/food prep skills a benefit

Full training will be given for this position which involves both in store work and online training.
