We are looking for a Business Improvement Manager to drive comprehensive business process optimization, change management, and project execution. This role involves facilitating effective project management, ensuring seamless testing and quality assurance, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication. Leveraging deep business expertise and soft skills, the Business Improvement Manager enhances business performance and drives continuous improvement. 

 

About the role. Mō te Tūranga 

  • Review current state processes for improvement opportunities and make recommendations to improve processes & platforms  

  • Identify risks and develop and executing mitigation measures 

  • Project Management - Scope and manage potential impacts of proposed and implemented changes 

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively problem-solve 

 

About you. mo koe 

  • Knowledge of Travel industry (FCTG preferrable) 

  • Excellent business and commercial acumen 

  • Project Management experience  

  • Competency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
