What you’ll be doing
- Building trusted relationships with senior business leaders

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building and nurturing high-quality talent networks

- Developing and executing a growth strategy for your specialist market
- Collaborating with high-performing colleagues across New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region Who we’re looking for
- A successful track record in 360° agency recruitment
- Strong business development capability
- Experience managing permanent and/or contract recruitment desks
- Commercial acumen with a consultative approach
- A competitive mindset and passion for achieving results
- A genuine desire to build a life and career in New Zealand Visa Sponsorship We’re actively welcoming applications from experienced recruiters currently based in the United Kingdom & Ireland. You’ll ideally have either:
- Five or more years’ experience in 360° agency recruitment, including business development, ideally within Finance & Accounting or Technology, with a proven history of generating revenue; or
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology, plus at least one year of successful 360° agency recruitment experience including business development.
