Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand BECA Full time

Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

This newly created role reports directly to the Director of Finance Transformation and offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the execution of functional and cross-functional initiatives aligned as part of our finance transformation journey.

You'll champion continuous improvement across finance, embedding a mindset of system-first solutioning to key business process challenges. A key part of your role will be to create, maintain and communicate a centralised view of the finance transformation roadmap, aligning closely with the Oracle Fusion roadmap and overall finance strategy.

You'll also collaborate with senior stakeholders to surface strategic insights and refine transformation priorities based on evolving business needs.

You'll foster strong relationships across teams, mentoring functional leaders and ensuring cohesive programme delivery across the wider business. Innovation will be central to your work, as you identify emerging technologies across the Oracle Fusion platforms to support our evolving business.

In parallel, you will build readiness across the finance team and wider business for Oracle Fusion adoption, driving the capability uplift of our people and alignment with future-state operating models.

Ultimately, you'll grow transformation capability within finance by embedding best practices, tools, and frameworks that support long-term success.

Ko wai koe | About you

You are a strategic and collaborative finance professional with a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives from conception to completion. With strong project management skills and a sharp focus on benefits realisation, you're confident navigating enterprise-wide systems and driving operational excellence.

You bring deep knowledge of finance systems—particularly Oracle Fusion—and thrive in complex international business environments. Your professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) complements your analytical mindset and attention to detail.

You're a natural leader who mentors others, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and communicates with clarity and influence at all levels. You're resilient, results-oriented, and comfortable managing delivery across cross-functional teams.

You embrace innovation, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and adapt to evolving business needs. Above all, you model Beca's values, act with integrity, and contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
