We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sylvia Park store. You'll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.

Here's what's on offer:

Role – Assistant Store Manager

  • Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
  • Minimum Hours: 40
  • Hourly Rate: $26.50

What your day will look like

  • Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store

  • Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins)

  • Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand

  • Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing

  • Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to the back room
