Digital Marketing Powerhouse

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, from keyword research to retargeting and reporting, ensuring every click counts.
  • Take the reins on weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns for both brands, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and oversee Google Ads budgets and spend, always making sure we get the most bang for our buck.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Lead and create content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building engagement and growing brand presence.
  • Get hands-on with scriptwriting, filming, and editing to create fun, engaging content for our social platforms.
  • Track, report, and optimize content performance, focusing on engagement, video views, and conversion rates.
  • Own the social budgets, ensuring we maximize reach without breaking the bank.

Influencer Magic & Event Coordination

  • Collaborate with influencers on exciting collaborations, events, and giveaways that boost visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate and showcase amazing user-generated content (UGC), letting our audience amplify our brand.
  • Take charge of creating and running memorable company events that get people talking and build community.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience running running paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) and managing social/content campaigns for large-scale brands.
  • An eye for aesthetics with the ability to craft copy that feels fun, cheeky, and like you're chatting with your best friend.
  • A person who's switched on, learns quickly, and thrives in a role they can make their own.
  • Equal parts independent go-getter and collaborative team player.
  • Hands-on, organized, and always bringing fresh ideas that deliver results.
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of using insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
