Short term assignment: Call centre work for Back to School

We are looking for people to help us in our call centre for our Back-To-School season of 2026 OfficeMax sells school books and equipment to students in primary and secondary school across the motu, so they are ready for their school year

We have multiple roles available. For this assignment you will be supporting our customers answering their phone and email queries and making sure they have what their children or students need for the year

You must be available to work 830am-5pm from the 5th Jan. We have varying lengths of the contract between 2-12 weeks. Full training is provided so you are supported to succeed

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer support
  • Responding to incoming enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Gaining a sound understanding of the products sold during the back-to-school campaign
  • Ensure enquiries are resolved in accordance with the OfficeMax guidelines
  • And that records are maintained and kept up to date
