As Operation Services Manager, you'll guide the coordination of logistics operations, support key systems integration projects, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with vendors and stakeholders. If you enjoy balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, this role offers the chance to lead with purpose while contributing to a positive, people-focused culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of ground transport services including parking, public transport interfaces, rental cars, taxis, rideshare, and shuttle operations.
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of logistics and transport management systems, making sure real-time tracking, analysis, and reporting tools are used to their full potential.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships across the organisationspecifically with transport and logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, elevate customer experience, and strengthen safety and compliance across operations.
  • Support commercial objectives through revenue monitoring, reducing leakage, and contributing to budgets, business cases, and long-term planning.
  • Ensure all regulatory, environmental, safety, and privacy obligations are met.
  • Mentor and guide a direct report, offering direction, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Experience in operations management

  • An agile, innovative, and growth-oriented way of working
