We're looking for a strong, resilient Support Worker - someone who's got the heart and strength to step up and support a male with complex behavioural needs. You'll be working one-on-one, helping him to manage emotions, stay safe, and grow. This role isn't just a job - it's about standing beside someone when things get tough and helping them find their way forward. You'll be fully trained and have a solid team behind you.

  • Someone with life experience who knows how to stand strong and stay calm
  • Resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviours
  • Physically fit and confident in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work in an environment with diverse individuals, being open-minded and non-judgmental in your approach.
  • Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Full NZ driver's licence
