We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Non-Service Charge Administrator
to support the management of our portfolio of houses where we collect ground rent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in the leasehold/property sector to join a supportive and established team. The role is office-based and involves ensuring accurate records, efficient processes, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks relating to ground rent collection
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, and solicitors as required
  • Prepare and issue correspondence including ground rent demands and reminders
  • Support internal teams with queries and data management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures
  • Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth operations

About You

  • Previous experience in property administration, leasehold management, or a related field is desirable
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work well within a team

What We Offer

  • £26k–£30k base salary
  • Monday–Friday working pattern, 9am–6pm
