About the employer

Based in South Auckland, the employer is a 100% Kiwi owned business looking for a qualified and experienced mechanic to service and repair their wide range of fleet vehicles with a focus on complex repairs on their light trucks and vans/LDV.

The skills sought

  • Qualified and experienced technician/mechanic
  • You must have major mechanical repair experience - preferably on light trucks and vans/LDV
  • Experience on a range of vehicles and brands will be considered
  • Fault finding and diagnostic skills
  • High attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Able to work unsupervised and part of a professional team
  • Have a clean NZ driver's license
  • Good English communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
