Carpenter - Dunedin

Extrastaff are seeking hardworking, reliable carpenters for a client in Dunedin. We are interested in speaking to individuals with the right attitude and skillset. To be considered, you will be clean cut, reliable, and motivated.

You must have a clean MOJ and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting builders on various tasks on-site
• Working on residential housing & commercial projects
• Operating hand and power tools
• Handling and moving materials as required 
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What you will bring to the table:

• NZ Residency or a valid Visa (with minimum 6 months remaining validity)
• A positive, can-do attitude 
• Experience with hand and power tools
• On-site experience
• Have completed a pre-trade course or similar and/or some onsite work 
• You'll take pride in your appearance, with a hunger to succeed
• Reliability with a great attitude
• Must hold at a minimum a restricted licence and own transport to and from the job (learner licences and no licence will NOT be considered)
• Can pass a pre-employment Drug Screening test
• Clean MOJ 
• Site Safe
• Your own tools would be beneficial
