ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Part-Time or Casual Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in the success of our Britomart boutique. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Engaging with customers: Deliver exceptional service, share the Deadly Ponies brand story, and build lasting relationships.
  • Driving sales: Use your clienteling expertise to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Creating a stunning retail space: Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is always presentation-perfect.
  • Contributing to operations: Support the Store Manager in the seamless running of the store.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking individuals with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • A professional yet personable approach to customer service.
  • Proven sales and clienteling skills, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays from 10 hours a week.
