- Architecture & Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of software applications, making key technical decisions to ensure they are scalable, performant, and maintainable.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards and best practices across the team. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Problem Solving: Lead the team in solving complex technical problems and troubleshooting issues.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to facilitate seamless collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the .NET and React ecosystems. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
What You'll Bring::
- 5+ years of extensive experience with the .NET technology stack.
- C# and .NET Core: Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and advanced C# language features like asynchronous programming (async/await) and LINQ.
- API Development: Proven experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Database Interaction: Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including both code-first and database-first approaches, migrations, and performance tuning for database interactions.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience developing with React.
- Modern JavaScript & TypeScript: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of TypeScript for building maintainable and scalable codebases.
- React & State Management: Deep knowledge of core React concepts, including components, hooks, and a robust understanding of state management using libraries like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
- UI/UX Focus: Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and using component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design) to build consistent, user-friendly interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Knowledge of front-end performance best practices, including techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL Server).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to remain hands-on technically, contributing to development efforts.
