Key Responsibilities

  • In addition to leading the team, you'll be expected to keep your technical skills up to date by working on development yourself.
  • Champion bestpractices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration, while gentlyreminding the team that "YOLO deploys" are not an industry standard.
  • Guidearchitectural decisions with a clear vision, balancing cutting-edge innovationand pragmatic simplicity.
  • Mentor developersfrom "why is it broken?" to "ah, that's why it's broken"
  • Above all, inspireyour team to not only write code, but to craft solutions that delight users andstand the test of time.
