Receptionist Required

We require an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our small team at Thames Physiotherapy.

This role involves

· Front desk reception welcoming patients and providing assistance where needed.

· Duties involve managing phone calls, making appointment bookings for multiple clinic sites and managing queries as well as general housekeeping tasks.

· The applicant will work alongside the Practice Manager and Physiotherapy staff providing support where needed.

Suitable applicant will be an excellent communicator, confident around a computer and must be able to multitask and seek help when necessary.  A high attention to detail and accuracy is required.

Hours of work are 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm Friday.

Flexibility required to cover leave and must be available during school holidays.
