What We're Hiring For:

  • Silverdale Studio Coordinator

    A leadership-focused, role overseeing studio operations, team management, and client experience. You'll be the heartbeat of your studio — leading with vision, ensuring operational excellence, and driving culture.
  • Instructors across all Auckland locations

    We're seeking instructors with 2+ years experience teaching reformer Pilates and/or group fitness. Bring your energy, technique, and passion to every class. Management opportunities also available for senior instructors ready to step up.

What We're Looking For:

You are:

  • A confident leader who can command a room of 20+ with clear, powerful cueing
  • Deeply knowledgeable in physiology, exercise, movement patterns, and technique
  • A motivator who thrives on helping others grow
  • Reliable, professional, organised, efficient and committed to exclusively instructing at STRONG
  • Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and stepping in when needed - 'the show must go on'
  • Amazing customer service skills. Experience an advantage
  • A positive team player who not only leads unforgettable classes but also loves collaborating and socialising with the STRONG team and members
  • Knowledge of Hapana or similar is an advantage but full training will be provided
Qualifications:
  • Reformer Pilates Certification (preferred)
  • OR Certificate III & IV in Group Fitness
  • Bonus points if you're Les Mills qualified, have a Personal Training Certificate or Dance Certification
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate is a must
  • STRONG Academy training (1 week online + 2 weeks in-studio + team teaching) is required prior to teaching. The STRONG academy will take place in November. Please ensure you are available before applying.
