We're on the hunt for a Learning Content Development Creator to help bring our training materials to life - from online modules and quick reference guides to competency checks and visual tools that make learning engaging.

Fixed Term (3 Months) | 20 hours per week | Onsite at Palmerston North plant | Immediate start available

As our Learning and Development Content Creator, you will enjoy making all sorts of training materials, like our online courses. You'll also be tech-savvy and collaborative, helping to roll out our new learning software and providing support where needed.

What you'll be doing

  • Transform our existing SOPs into engaging training modules that are easy to follow and built around adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with our supervisors, coordinators, and customer liaisons to ensure content is accurate, practical, and relevant.
  • Design visual and digital learning materials that pop - think posters, templates, and screen displays.
  • Support the roll-out of our new learning platform, helping our teams get confident with digital training tools.
  • Pitch in with creative design projects across the business, from refreshing our website visually, revamping our product catalogue and assisting with the development of our staff intranet.

About You

You are someone who enjoys being creative, and can turn documents into clear, structured and engaging content. You know how to make information easy to understand, visually appealing and easy to use for everyone.

You'll bring:

  • Strong visual design and communication skills
  • An understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Knowledge of photography and videography
  • Prior experience with digital learning platforms
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset
