Storeperson/Handyman

Flexicon Plastics Ltd is a plastics bottles and pots manufacturer and printer. We are a friendly, happy and busy team. Currently, we have an opening in our warehouse.

This is a Monday to Friday full time position and we expect the person to be responsible and reliable.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and organize stock efficiently in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch both in-house and outbound orders accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks around the facility.
• Provide support to team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Be reasonably fit and strong, as much of your work involves lifting and standing for long periods
• Be punctual, honest and reliable
• Have a good understanding on working under health and safety policies
• Good numeracy
• Forklift license is a bonus

License/Certification:

• Unlimited work permit in NZ (Must-have)
• Forklift license (Preferred, but we are willing to sponsor you to obtain the license)
