Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, food, and beverage quality.
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain productivity and engagement.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain inventory control and assist with stock management when necessary.
  • Support in cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
