Come and join the Perry Metal Protection Galvanising team, part of the Steel & Tube Family.

We are on the hunt for three enthusiastic, and dedicated factory hands to join our galvanising team based in Te Rapa, on both our day and night shifts. This is a hands-on role, working alongside a team, you will work on a range of tasks within a factory environment; this includes the hanging of steel components, steel preparation/acid pre-treatment, the processing of steel through the galvanizing kettle factory, and finally working with steel post galvanizing treatment.

Skills (advantageous but not compulsory)

  • Forklift licence
  • Overhead Gantry Crane
  • Working with chemicals
  • Health & Safety training
