Job Description

Our Accessories Department sells an array of merchandise from handbags, jewellery, sunglasses and scarves. Our Fossil Salesperson will have a particular focus on selling our Fossil watches. Some of the brands you will be looking after are, Diesel, Michael Kors and Emporio Armani.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who ideally has a background in jewellery and watches including being able to competently remove watch band links.

You must have the appetite to acquire product knowledge and be confident in the advice you provide.  You will strive to deliver a personalised customer experience, building relationships and achieving sales targets. Although this is very much a salesperson position, there is an element of reporting involved for inventory management.

As one of our salespeople, you will thrive on providing outstanding customer service, making customers feel great when they shop.  You will be enthusiastic and confident with a great teamwork ethic, happy to help others when required.

Successful candidate

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

  • Previous retail sales experience with jewellery
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Reliable, friendly with an enthusiastic nature
  • Great team player

Additional Information

This role is a permanent position, 32.5 hours per week, working Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10.00am-5:00pm.
