We're seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our Auckland hub. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and reliable running of all ICT systems, including POS, mobile devices, EFTPOS terminals, site computers, email, and print services. You will provide timely and efficient technical support to users, champion new ICT innovations, and support the business in delivering excellent service and operational efficiency.

To be successful in this position you will need to be able to:

  • Manage a multi-site ICT environment, ensuring all systems run smoothly
  • Provide technical support and advice to ICT users across the organisation
  • Schedule and carry out upgrades, security backups, and ICT equipment checks
  • Research, install, and propose new systems to improve efficiency and performance
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for ICT requirements
  • Ensure excellent customer service when resolving technical issues
  • Maintain Google Drive, databases, and reports up-to-date
  • Identify, securely strip, and dispose of hardware when required
  • Collate and produce customer surveys
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within ICT

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in ICT support and system management
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft 365, outlook and teams etc…
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ICT systems, hardware, and software
  • Customer service-focused with a proactive approach to innovation
