Role Overview (CHEF DE PARTIE):

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Chef de Partie who is proficient in kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu development and food costing.
• Manage food inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and handling inquiries.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Role Overview (Barista / F&B Attendant):

Previous experience in customer services is essential.

Duties include:

• Greeting customers in a confident and professional way before taking their orders, serving items and cleaning away used crockery, cutlery and glasses.
• Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu and be able to explain particular products to customers and offer personalised recommendations.
• Collecting payment and operating the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver Food and Clean Tables
• Making coffees

Hours for Food and Beverage Attendants may vary, and individuals should be willing to work rotating rosters including holidays and weekends.

Currently have both full time and part/time options available.
