Position Overview: As a Front of House or Bar Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to from the moment they step through our doors. Your friendly demeanor, impeccable organisation, and strong interpersonal skills will make a lasting impression on our guests and contribute to their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Front of House host, greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Efficiently manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimise guest flow and minimise waiting times
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders
  • Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including the bar and dining areas
  • Assist in managing cash transactions, including handling payments accurately
  • Uphold our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for both guests and team members
  • Stay updated on menu items, specials, promotions, and other relevant information to provide accurate and informed recommendations to guests
  • Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience and actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations
