Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is recruiting a Pūkenga/Pūkenga Matua - Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour in a two-year fixed term, full-time role, to join the School of Management at the Orauariki - Wellington School of Business and Government. The role of Pūkenga/Pūkenga Matua - Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour is to undertake teaching and research of high quality, to assist in programme development where appropriate, and to contribute to the effective management of the School, including relationships with practitioner communities.

Ō pūmanawa - About you

The successful candidate will have a completed PhD in Management specialising in Organisational Behaviour (or a closely related discipline) and be an active researcher and enthusiastic teacher, with a record of peer-reviewed journal publications commensurate with the level of appointment. In addition to the research and service engagements, the candidate will be expected to teach management courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
