AGI Education Limited is a Category 1 NZQA-accredited Private Training Establishment known for delivering quality education to both domestic and international students. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Healthcare Tutor to join our passionate and dynamic team at our Auckland campus.

AGI Education Limited is part of the AKA Education Group, one of New Zealand's leading private tertiary education providers.

AGI is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Facilitator for Youthwork Level 4 & 5 for the Manukau Campus.  Your responsibilities will include tutoring, mentoring, and assessing domestic students enrolled in our youth work and health and wellbeing related programmes.

This is a permanent part-time position in which you will be part of a small but dynamic team and have the opportunity to use your experience in this field to enhance further and develop your qualification and share your passion with our students.

This role is available for an immediate start.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • A minimum of THREE (3) years of industry experience in New Zealand.
  • Previous teaching experience (preferably in tertiary education).
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • A strong understanding of the New Zealand Qualifications Framework and, ideally, the New Zealand health and disability sector.
  • A tertiary teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one (professional development support will be provided).
Other Requirements
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.
  • A full NZ driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • A passion for adult education and supporting student success.
