About the Role
As our Customer Service Representative (Internal Sales), you'll be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our clients. From answering enquiries to preparing quotes, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Your day will include:
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
- Preparing accurate quotes and processing orders
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Supporting Territory Sales Managers with customer specifications
- Building strong working relationships across our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Bring:
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service or internal sales
- Proven ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with a solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
