GBL part of the Salt Group is partnering with our client, a non-profit registered charitable organisation. They provide educational and training support for the Building Sector. The Institute represents over 1200 members engaged in building controls in both the public and private sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and promoting the Accreditation Programme.

The role is based onsite 5 days per week.

This a permanent fulltime position based in Wellington CBD.

Benefits:

What you will be doing:

Liaising with trainers and moderators on course modules and ensuring Members recognise the value the Accreditation Programme provides to the industry.

Provide regular communication and updates to Members.

Maintain annual training calendar and responsibility for the budget.

Manage new Member applications and renewals, and ensure the database is updated.

Work on social media promotions of the Programme with the marketing team.

Get involved in wider projects as required and work alongside the wider team on Conference and other events.

Provide administrative support to the Programme.

· Excellent engagement skills

· Ability to identify and implement continuous business improvement practices

· Proven written & verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of Building Industry an advantage (not essential)

· Administration and coordination experience

· Competent MS Office skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
