About the role:

We are seeking motivated, adaptable, and flexible candidates to join our Temp Talent Pool and partner with some of our fantastic clients in the Taupo and South Waikato region. Assignments vary across a broad range of sectors and levels, where your administrative skills will be key to business continuity and keeping operations running smoothly in the heart of busy workplaces. If you're someone who enjoys variety, values a team-focused environment, and supports others to succeed together — we want to hear from you

Skills & Experience:

  • Previously demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
  • Have previous experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and supporting internal communications.
  • Are self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
  • Have a high level of accuracy and are organised to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Have an ability to quickly adapt to new environments, priorities, and tasks.
  • Are proficient with computers (MS Office or Google Suite) and can learn new systems quickly.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Offer a professional and approachable customer-service manner when engaging with all stakeholders.
