We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our Cash Technology team in delivering data-driven insights and technology solutions across our branch network. This role focuses on analyzing the performance of cash-handling equipment—including ATMs, change machines, and teller devices—and supporting implementation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will have strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI and Tableau enabling them to transform data into actionable insights and deliver comprehensive reporting. They will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to capture business requirements, support solution design, and contribute to the implementation of new systems or process improvements.

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to track performance of branch cash equipment (ATMs, change machines, teller equipment).
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Support project delivery, testing, and deployment activities related to cash technology initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve equipment reliability, cash management efficiency, and overall branch performance.

  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions and data modeling), SQL (data extraction and analysis), and Power BI (data visualization and dashboard creation) and Tableau
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services or technology implementation projects preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
