to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, stylish environment and has a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences through food, drink, and events.

Job Description
What you'll do:

  • Drive sales across our F&B outlets and event spaces, including Harbour Society, HI-SO, and private dining venues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, turning enquiries into memorable experiences.
  • Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Host site inspections and build strong client relationships
  • Prepare tailored proposals, Event run sheets and coordinate site inspections.
  • Collaborate with our culinary and events teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications
What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years Proven experience in hospitality or F&B sales, ideally in a luxury hotel setting
  • Strong ability to drive revenue and convert leads into long-term business
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, target-driven, and commercially savvy
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple client accounts
  • Passion for food, events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A flair for creativity and alignment with the bold SO/ brand
