Job Summary

We're seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to join our growing Enterprise Partnerships team in Westlake. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with new and existing partners to drive growth, operational efficiency, and mutual value.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration and ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring smooth integration, launch, and performance optimization.
• Develop and execute partner growth strategies to increase revenue and improve partner engagement.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and enhance partner satisfaction.
• Negotiate partnership terms, renewals, and performance incentives aligned with business goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting partnership opportunities.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven success in onboarding and optimizing partnerships or distribution channels.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment in Westlake.
