Reporting to the Founder this contract role is to support the ilabb global product design aesthetic, positioning and performance to a world class standard. As Contract Designer this requires assistance with the ilabb product design & direction, working collaboratively with ilabb's Founder and Operation Manager to deliver and execute a globally successful plan.

What you will do:

  • Have an understanding of the potential customer and be aware of market/cultural/recreational trends that they may be engaged in
  • Have experience with technical apparel and development
  • Be experienced with developing performance materials, trims and colour palettes
  • Support seasonal trend and technical research, participate in design meetings to create mood boards, colour palettes and silhouettes in line with the seasonal direction
  • Use Illustrator/Creative Suite and Excel to create range plans and design tech packs
  • Work with the team during the product lifecycle to be aware of and contribute to the delivery of business targets
