We're looking for a Senior Procurement Advisor to join a values-driven Crown entity in Wellington that's dedicated to supporting communities across Aotearoa. You'll shape strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and help deliver real value across the public sector. What you'll do:

As a Senior Procurement Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the organisation's procurement strategy forward by delivering expert guidance throughout every stage of the sourcing lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels-including executive leadership-while also engaging with external agencies and suppliers to build effective partnerships.

• Develop strategic sourcing strategies & provide oversight and endorsement of best practice procurement processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Participate actively in the negotiation of frameworks, statements of work, and other agreements with suppliers and strategic partners to secure optimal terms.
• Lead the creation of comprehensive procurement plans that address needs analysis, sourcing options, contract management, monitoring, and review.
• Monitor service delivery providers through regular benchmarking activities and provide insightful feedback on supplier performance to management.
• Work hand-in-hand with teams across the organisation to meet their unique needs.
