The purpose of this role is to provide general labouring required in the installation of swimming pools and landscaping to ensure effective utilisation of team and timely delivery. In this role you will be an integral part of our delivery team that will be turning plans and dreams into reality

As a Pool Installer, you will be responsible for:

·  As part of the team, provide general labouring required in the installation of swimming pools and concreting to ensure effective utilisation of team and timely delivery

· Providing a high level of quality in all workmanship

· Use and care for company equipment within guidelines

· Keeping work tools and vehicles neat, tidy and presentable at all times

· Effective time management when completing tasks or planning for an installation

· Being courteous and sincere towards customers at all times

· Displaying a helpful and positive attitude when addressing customers concerns

·  Celebrating with the customer as each milestone of their dream becomes a reality

·  Varied tasks with landscaping on some jobs

About you:

Essential skills/experience required:

· A valid drivers licence (essential)

· Experience working as a general labourer

· Experience in a client facing role

· Experience working with a variety of power tools

· Previous experience in a trade (landscaping, carpentry, tiling or concreting)

· Understanding of the principles, techniques and methods involved in pool building (desirable)

· Ability to work with minimal supervision, take direction and a willingness to learn

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Willingness to undertake a police check, health check and alcohol and other drug testing as required

· Understanding of and ability to abide by Work, Health and Safety protocols and have Personal Protective Equipment knowledge

· Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment

· Responsible, reliable, honest & trustworthy

Preferred skills/experience required:

· Pool filtration or plumbing experience

· Construction experience

· Excavation experience

· Landscaping

·  Able to operate machinery

·  Willing to learn
