ADA restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef who loves flavour, service, and working with good humans.

We're a neighbourhood favourite in Grey Lynn, recently named Top 10 in Viva, and known for warm hospitality, excellent food, and an excellent team culture. The kitchen is busy, well organised, and full of people who actually enjoy coming to work.

We need someone who can jump straight in — run a section confidently, support the Head Chef, and keep the rhythm of service smooth. If you're a strong Senior CDP or an experienced Sous Chef who's calm, tidy, and brings good energy to the room, you'll fit right in.

You'll be part of a small team that values consistency, creativity, and looking after each other. There's room to grow, bring ideas, and help shape menus. We offer competitive pay, great staff meals, stable hours, and a genuinely supportive environment.
