Supervisors, Project Engineers & Superintendents

Downer's National Projects team is gearing up for a strong pipeline of major civil infrastructure works across the Hawke's Bay region, and we're looking to connect with experienced people ready to help deliver future projects that will shape the region's transport network.

We're now inviting Expressions of Interest from talented Superintendents, Supervisors, Site Engineers, and Project Engineers who want to be part of large-scale civil construction and road infrastructure developments commencing in the future.

Whether you're based locally or open to relocating, this is an opportunity to join a trusted Tier 1 contractor with a proud history of delivering quality outcomes for New Zealand communities.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure or road construction projects
  • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills

  • Relevant engineering or trade qualifications
