We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Produce Supervisor to lead our produce team and ensure we deliver the freshest, highest-quality fruits and vegetables to our customers. • Oversee daily operations of the produce department.
• Train, support, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper handling, rotation, and display of produce to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock efficiently.
• Monitor and uphold food safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Create attractive displays and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and special requests.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in produce, grocery, or retail supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of produce varieties, quality standards, and storage requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends or early shifts as needed.
