What will you do?Wilderness is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at our Christchurch Airport location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of premium European motorhomes. We take a Consultative approach to selling. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in delivering on Wilderness' Core Purpose 'To slow down and disconnect from the busy-ness of life and reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and with nature. We call it - disconnect to reconnect'

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Proactively engage in our extensive database to find new owners
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to match customers with the right solutions
  • Actively engage with customers, identify their needs and make relevant recommendations

What we need from you

  • Proven track record (2 years minimum) of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or with premium products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers
  • Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about our range of motorhomes
  • Passionate about quality and able to share your enthusiasm with customers
  • Current full driver's license, ability to drive a motorhome, and eagerness to take a motorhome holiday
  • A passion for NZ travel and lots of experience exploring our country
  • Permanent legal entitlement to work in NZ
