Oxygen Air is one of New Zealand's go-to heat pump and air conditioning specialists, installing leading brands like Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, and Haier. We're busy (in a good way), growing fast, and our Highbrook team is looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Administrator to keep our financial wheels turning smoothly.


What the job is about

You'll be the backbone of our finance workflow — managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling transactions, keeping records tidy, and supporting our wider team. Some days are full of invoices and follow-ups; others involve helping the team with reporting, supplier queries, and making sure everything balances perfectly.

No HVAC knowledge? No problem — we'll teach you what you need.


What you'll be doing

Managing accounts payable — processing supplier invoices, matching POs, preparing payment runs

Handling accounts receivable — sending invoices, allocating payments, following up overdue accounts

Reconciling bank transactions and keeping financial records accurate

Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting

Responding to supplier and customer queries with professionalism and a friendly tone

Supporting the wider admin team with general office tasks

Helping keep our systems tidy and up to date


What you'll bring
  • Strong attention to detail (you spot errors before anyone else)
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar admin/finance role
  • Confidence with numbers and basic accounting processes
