We are now seeking student-focused Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinators to join our newly formed Student Services team. This is a Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position. 

About the Role 

As a Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring students, staff, parents, and visitors experience welcoming, timely, and high-quality support across the Student Hub, Wellbeing Centre, and Main Reception. 

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that blends administration, system support, and front-line service. You will assist with attendance, wellbeing referrals, student enquiries, event support, and Student Management System (KAMAR) updates while helping maintain a positive, caring, and organised environment for our school community. 

Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach will contribute directly to an exceptional student experience. 

About You 

You will bring: 

• Experience in administration, customer service, school support, or database work.
• Confidence using digital systems (KAMAR experience a bonus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• A calm, supportive, and solutions-focused approach
• Commitment to confidentiality, student wellbeing, and inclusivity
• A First Aid certificate and NZ driver's licence are desirable.

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver warm, professional service across student-facing areas
• Manage attendance, sign-in/out, and KAMAR updates
• Support wellbeing and chaplaincy appointments and referrals
• Assist with ID cards, co-curricular sign-ups, transport queries & general enquiries
• Maintain accurate student records and provide first-level SMS support
• Support reception, events, and school functions as required
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and processes
• Uphold student safety and child protection protocols
