We are now seeking student-focused Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinators to join our newly formed Student Services team. This is a Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position.
About the Role
As a Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring students, staff, parents, and visitors experience welcoming, timely, and high-quality support across the Student Hub, Wellbeing Centre, and Main Reception.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that blends administration, system support, and front-line service. You will assist with attendance, wellbeing referrals, student enquiries, event support, and Student Management System (KAMAR) updates while helping maintain a positive, caring, and organised environment for our school community.
Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach will contribute directly to an exceptional student experience.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in administration, customer service, school support, or database work.
- Confidence using digital systems (KAMAR experience a bonus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- A calm, supportive, and solutions-focused approach
- Commitment to confidentiality, student wellbeing, and inclusivity
- A First Aid certificate and NZ driver's licence are desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional service across student-facing areas
- Manage attendance, sign-in/out, and KAMAR updates
- Support wellbeing and chaplaincy appointments and referrals
- Assist with ID cards, co-curricular sign-ups, transport queries & general enquiries
- Maintain accurate student records and provide first-level SMS support
- Support reception, events, and school functions as required
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and processes
- Uphold student safety and child protection protocols
