About the role

As the 3IC Sylvia Park at Max Fashions', you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling retail store in Sylvia Park mall. This full-time position will see you supporting the Store Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the Store Manager with aspects of store management, including inventory control, and running a busy sales floor.
  2. Providing hands-on leadership and coaching to the retail team, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service
  3. Ensuring the store is well-presented, merchandise is displayed effectively, and that all company policies and procedures are followed
  4. Fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail, preferably within the fashion industry
  2. Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
  4. Proven track record in driving sales, maintaining inventory control, and meeting KPIs
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
  6. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  7. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
