Based in Albany, Kristin School
is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational school with more than
1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13. Kristin has over 350 staff from
our Early Childhood Centre to our Senior School, and is guided by the strong
values of progress, vision, integrity and love.

This newly created role reports
to the Head of EOTC (Education Outside the Classroom) to support the systems
and processes for education outside the classroom. You will provide administrative
support for EOTC Coordinators and Trip Leaders across the school from
Kindergarten to Senior School. This role also supports the administration for
the school's Duke of Edinburgh programme.

The role is 30 hours per week;
term time only so enjoys the school holidays off. Extra hours or working may be
required across the year.

  • Experience as an administrator
    in a school or similar environment
  • Knowledge of risk analysis
  • Have a risk mitigant mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
    and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with digital
    systems, with very strong excel skills
  • Excellent communications skills
    – both written and verbal
  • Passion for working with people
    and desire to work in a school environment.
