Our centre spans three rooms and sits on the second floor, offering a unique view across the whenua and into the treetops – bringing nature into our everyday learning It's a space designed for exploration, comfort, and growth, enriched by cultural diversity and purpose-built for success

Working closely with your Area Manager, you'll foster a culture of positivity and achievement You'll support your team to collaborate effectively, meet educational and operational goals, and deliver exceptional ECE services Your leadership will inspire and motivate, driving engagement, retention, and excellence

In this role you'll be the visible and accessible face of our centre, building strong relationships with whanau and Kaiako through open, positive communication Your leadership will shape our reputation and strengthen our ties to the local community

What we're looking for in you

• ECE Qualified with Full Teaching Registration
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager role, with a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful ECE centre
• Skilled in building relationships with whanau and the community and leveraging these to grow occupancy
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage sustainably and profitably for optimal results
