We are looking for a Lender to join our Papakura Team
Working on the frontline of customer service you are a "people person", committed to customer service, teamwork, and providing trusted, guided and factual advice to our customers.
About you:
- Outgoing and well presented
- Proactive and initiative driven
- Thrive well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Inquisitive and detail-oriented
- Can work autonomously
- Have previous experience in lending (preferred but not essential)
On a daily basis you will:
- Provide advice to our customers, including lending support and guidance through the application process
- Help our customers with lending applications from start to finish
- Provide exceptional customer services
