Are you a proactive and highly organised Executive
Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you take
pride in being the strategic partner behind the scenes - anticipating needs,
connecting the dots, and keeping everything running smoothly? If so, we'd love

We're looking for a confident and resourceful EA to support
our Chief Customer Officer. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part
in driving efficiency, enabling seamless coordination, and amplifying the
impact of a high-performing executive leader.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the right hand to the CCO, managing
    schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing notes, agendas,
    presentations, and board reports.
  • Lead the coordination of key events including
    the Store Operational Council and Hammer Hardware gatherings, while also
    supporting large-scale expos and national events.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Executive
    Assistants and the Office Support team to ensure seamless operations and
    consistent processes across the executive group.
  • Bring flair and structure to departmental
    planning, onboarding schedules, and team sessions - helping create a smooth and
    engaging experience for all involved.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an EA at a senior
    corporate level (Board-level support desirable).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong
    digital literacy.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and
    time management skills.
  • A high work rate, strong prioritisation ability,
    and a curious mindset.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to
    confidentiality and professionalism.
