This is a unique opportunity to be part of our skin cancer surveillance and treatment team.

We are offering a part time position in Auckland.

In this role you will:

  • Welcome patients in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries.
  • Phone patients to book for treatment
  • Office duties: accounts, billing, scanning, printing and photocopying
  • General office and clinic support
  • Assist in sterilizing
  • Stock takes and reordering supplies
  • Transfer of data between systems

We will ensure you are given all the know-how and skills to do your job well.

What we need from you:

  • Strong patient focus & communication skills - we expect you to care passionately about interacting positively and effectively with others.
  • Dedication, enthusiasm, independence and versatility
  • Strong computer skills – comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn and gain competence with a variety of medical practice software packages.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
