Join us as a Laboratory Technician in Palmerston North.

You'll play a vital role in testing aggregates, soil, and asphalt to meet our high IANZ laboratory standards. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment calibration and staying up to date with the latest pavement technologies, ensuring our services remain industry-leading.

Flexibility is important—our work environment offers varied laboratory activities, including the occasional night and weekend shift.

In addition to the above you will:

• Be involved in field testing and physical works

• Ensure equipment checks completed before equipment is operated

• Develop test methods and apply existing appropriate international and local methodology

We're looking for someone with:

• Demonstrated experience in a lab environment

• Understanding of quality assurance

• Competent understanding of material properties

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Office

• Full Class 1 licence with the ability to drive a manual transmission
