An opportunity not to be missed here. Fluid is delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client who is on the hunt for a Senior Solicitor - Senior Associate to join their team. This small boutique-sized firm offers a supportive and flexible work environment. Our clients are a general practice firm recognised as experts within a range of specialist areas. Based within Dunedin our clients offer services to their large North Otago client base.
About the Role:
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Solicitor with an established background in Family Law Matters. With a minimum of 3-years PQE experience, you will have practical experience in a legal environment, with a desire to continue developing within the family space. Whilst maintaining a high level of confidence, this role will see you navigating complex files around the Care of Children Act 2004, Family Violence Act 2018, Family Proceedings Act 1980, and Protection Property Rights Act as well as some relationship property. Experience in Criminal Litigations would also be welcomed but it not crucial to your success within this position.
About you:
With strong ties to Dunedin, you will have a strong background working across Family Law Matters. With excellent written and verbal communication skills you will be proactive with a strong sense of initiative. You will be comfortable operating autonomously and have a personable and empathetic approach when it comes dealing with your clients. With a strong sense of ambition this role will involve a pathway partnership for the right candidate.
